	Terms of Rental The following text is taken verbatim from the rental form between Adventure Rentals, A division of 1447059 Ontario Inc, and all renters: The undersigned Renter agrees to return all items in as good condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, or agrees to either:reimburse Adventure Rentals the full value of the item(s) or the cost of returning the item(s) to their original condition. The rental agent is not responsible for damages resulting from accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly from the use of any rented item. The renter agrees to wear a life jacket whenever using any rental boat and to follow all rules of common sense and water safety.
