Our mac and cheese is a rich, creamy blend of Parmesan, Romano, and Cheddar cheeses that can be prepared in a snap. Just add boiling water, stir it up, and then kick back and relax while the freeze-dried dinner prepares itself.

INGREDIENTS:

Instant Pasta (ground durum wheat semolina, water, liquid egg-white, salt), Freeze-dried Cheddar Cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzymes, annatto, powdered cellulose), Dried Parmesan Cheese (cultured partly skimmed milk, salt, microbial enzyme, disodium phosphate), Dried Romano Cheese (cultured partly skimmed milk, salt, microbial enzyme, disodium phosphate), Whole Milk Powder, Butter Sauce Flavour (modified corn starch, salt, whey solids, skim milk powder, maltodextrin, butter, sugar, buttermilk powder, natural flavour, xanthan gum, lactic acid), Dehydrated Onion, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Tumeric, Ground Nutmeg.

PREPARATION & STORAGE:
 
Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 1 cups (240 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain.
